Zoning Permits

Zoning Permits are required for activities not approved by a Building Permit or Land Development Plan.

For the alterations of any real estate including fill and grading
For the erection or alteration of certain signs as identified in Section 314 of the Zoning Ordinance
Change the use of land or structure
Installation of a fence or a deck
