2009-02

Passed February 5, 2009  -  An Ordinance requiring all persons, partnerships, businesses, and corporations to obtain a building permit for any construction or development; providing for the issuance of such building permits; setting forth certain minimum requirements for new construction and development within the areas of North Middleton Township, which are subject to flooding

2009-01 Passed February 5, 2009  -  An Ordinance of North Middleton Township, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, amending Chapter 186 of the North Middleton Township Code, Article VI, Section 186-64 entitled "Appointment".
2008-11 Passed January 5, 2009  -  An Ordinance authorizing North Middleton Township, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, to join with other political subdivisions as a member of the Capital Region Insurance Trust (GRIT) and the Pennsylvania Municipal Insurance Cooperative (PMHIC), to enter into intergovernmental agreements for the purpose of joining and participating as a member of the GRIT and PMHIC.
2008-10 Passed November 6, 2008  -  An Ordinance authorizing the Township of North Middleton to enter into an intergovernmental cooperation agreement for the establishment and operation of a joint UCC Board of Appeals under 35 P.S. § 7210-501(c).
2008-09 Passed November 6, 2008  -  An Ordinance authorizing the Township of North Middleton to enter into an intergovernmental cooperation agreement for the construction, operation and maintenance of a joint public composting facility with Middlesex Township.
