200th ANNIVERSARY CELEBRATION
To commemorate the Township's 200th Anniversary, the Board of Supervisors will be handing out commemorative yard sticks and dipping ice cream for those in attendance at the Concert and Car Show on Sunday, July 18th.
The official ceremony will begin at 2:30pm.
Past Supervisors are invited to attend this event.
A special thank you to Christian Lawyer Solutions for sponsoring the ice cream.
In 1976 North Middleton Township put together a book called "The History of North Middleton Township 1810 - 1976" for residents with some pretty interesting facts in it. Click here to view the book.

NEW WEBSITE ADDRESS
Due to the township's website address being too long, effective immediately the township has a new website address www.nmiddleton.com. The old website address (www.northmiddleton-township.org) will continue to be available for a few more months. Click on the above link to go to the new website and bookmark the new site for future reference.

CUMBERLAND COUNTY RECYCLING PROGRAMS
Due to personnel changes and major construction on Allen Road, the Cumberland County Recycling & Waste Authority will not be having any special waste collection events (i.e. Household Hazardous Waste, Computers/Electronics) this Spring. An effort will be made to offer a program in the Fall. read more

EXIT 44 CONSTRUCTION PROJECT
The Exit 44 Project construction began on Monday, April 6, 2009. Daytime working hours will be from 9:00am until 3:00pm. Nighttime working hours will be from 6:00pm until 6:00am. During construction the section of Allen Road / SR 465 from Walnut Bottom Road to SR 0011 will have periodic lane closures. A minimum of one lane will be open to traffic in each direction at all times. Construction is expected to be completed by November 15, 2010.
